What if I’ve tested positive for COVID-19?

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not visit a luau for at least 14 days with no symptoms. You can call our reservation center at (954) 669-0169 to reschedule your visit due to Covid-19 without penalty.

Will refunds be an option?

If a luau is rescheduled due to COVID-19, your tickets will automatically be honored at the rescheduled date. Should you be unable to attend the new date for whatever reason, please contact our support team.

Your safety and the safety of every employee is our highest priority. The luaus sold on this site have all implemented several enhanced measures according to guidance issued by federal, state, and local authorities to ensure the everyone’s health and safety.
