What if I’ve tested positive for COVID-19?
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not visit a luau for at least 14 days with no symptoms. You can call our reservation center at (954) 669-0169 to reschedule your visit due to Covid-19 without penalty.
Will refunds be an option?
If a luau is rescheduled due to COVID-19, your tickets will automatically be honored at the rescheduled date. Should you be unable to attend the new date for whatever reason, please contact our support team.
